Red Lab Media is helping customers across the Pittsburgh region to streamline their business processes with Odoo. This is an implementation job for people who are excited to work at the intersection of software and business. You’ll learn different management practices throughout a variety of industries and how Odoo’s diverse apps (there’s over 50!) can be used to alleviate company needs. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit.

What we expect.

As Project Leader, you will implement Odoo. You'll be in direct contact with the clients to help them with the good use of Odoo Software. Therefore, you will analyze their needs and deliver personal training sessions. Basically, you'll be responsible to deliver the best management solution to your customers! 

As Project Leader, you will help develop larger accounts (Medium Market & Corporate). You will deal with companies from 100 employees and manage bigger & long term projects. The objective is still to implement Odoo software and deliver tailor-made training. 

You'll work on various different projects at the same time. In the very first weeks, you will quickly get involved in your first projects receiving the support of more experienced colleagues. You will progressively increase your level of autonomy but never forget that two heads are better than one! You won't have time to get bored as each project is different (industry, scope, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers who are implementing Odoo SaaS solutions

  • Analyze all aspects of clients' business operations

  • Support the sales team during pre-sale with challenging implementations

  • Network with a large diverse pool of customers in the Pittsburgh region

  • Quantify the resources required for a task/project related to an Enterprise Resource Platform implementation

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT Management, Business or a related field

  • Passion for software products

  • Learn fast, multitask ability

  • 2+ years experience implementing software/ERPs

  • Able to work in a rapidly evolving field

  • Excellent communication skills

Nice To Have

  • Odoo experience and certification

  • Experienced in management software implementation

  • Being certified by a recognized organism (APICS, CFA, etc.)

  • Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS)

Hours & Compensation

  • Contract Position

  • 10-40 hours per week

  • Work from home

  • $30-$60 per hour
